South Shore Habitat for Humanity has broken ground on its second home in Norwell located at 259 Circuit Street. The newest recipients of the Habitat house are a single mother and her daughter, who suffers from a genetic disorder. They are anxiously awaiting the completion of their new home but South Shore Habitat for Humanity needs to raise an additional $80,000.

A “Kick-Off Gathering” will be held at the Cushing Center on Friday, May 11th at 7:30. It promises to be a wonderful evening of Food, Fun and Fundraising!!!

We need to get the word out about construction of the Norwell Habitat for Humanity Home and this “Kick-Off “event, thus I am hoping you could email this “Save the Date” to all your South Shore Friends and have them email it to their friends-creating a network of “ neighbors helping neighbors”!

Please help in this endeavor. Together, we can make a difference! Forward this email to as many people as you can AND come join us on May 11th!

Please contact Laurie Galvin at 339-226-0143 for tickets ($35) or questions.
